How We Serve
Heroes Reunions
We're easing the transition from the battlefield to the home front. Our heroes reunions help combat veterans overcome post-military challenges by reconnecting them with those they served with, rebuilding peer support networks, and empowering them to live with purpose.

Isolation, Grief & Loss of Purpose

Suffering in Silence
A Loss of Community
The transition from military to civilian life can be isolating, leaving many veterans without the structure, camaraderie, and sense of purpose they once relied on. Lack of connection to fellow service members who understand their experiences can intensify feelings of alienation, making it harder to seek help or reintegrate into their communities.
Alone & Hopeless
Without proper treatment for their invisible wounds, our heroes often cope through destructive means.
Feelings Of Abandonment
Without connection to those who understand their unique experiences, our heroes feel left behind by the ones they trust most.
Every Treatment Path Is Unique
Compounding issues of substance abuse, TBI, post-traumatic stress, and more prohibit one-size-fits-all treatments.
From The Front Lines Into Shadows
The lack of shared experiences can make a veteran rejoining civilian life after service feel like a foreigner in their own country.
The Cost of Freedom
4x
Since 9/11, four times as many U.S. service members and veterans have died by suicide than have been killed in combat.

Rebuilding Peer Support Networks
Reconnecting America’s Warriors and Gold Star Families is what we do. Since the founding of Warrior Reunions, over 4,000 combat veterans and Gold Star Families across more than 55 reunions at no cost to those who attend. We accomplish this through relentless efficiency by our all-combat veteran staff and the generous support of patriotic Americans.

Fully Covered Reunions
Our reunion planning model is both simple and effective. We guide each unit through a thoughtful planning process, uniquely tailored to realize their vision for the reunion. Our dedicated team provides guidance and resources at every step of the way. Thanks to the generous support from our donors and sponsors, we're able to cover all costs associated with the event itself — including food, entertainment, and facilities. This generosity also allows us to cover all costs for Gold Star Families, ensuring their participation without financial concerns.
Strengthening Social Connections
Post-reunion survey respondents said that attending their reunion “strengthened their social connections with their military family.”
Reaching Out
Participants were "likely" to reach out to their veteran peers for support. Before attending a WRF reunion, only 28% reported they were "likely" to reach out for support when needed.
Bringing Family Together
Post-reunion survey respondents had not seen members of their unit in over five years.
Reunite. Remember. Renew.
Being with the only people who truly understand the mental, emotional, and physical toll renews the sense of purpose and belonging.

"My unit members need me just as much as I need them."
“I can't believe I almost flaked on my platoon and didn't go because of personal hang-ups and fears. My friends at home pushed me onto a plane and I'm glad they did. Thank you for bringing us all together again.”
