As Winston Churchill pointed out, giving is the best way to enrich the lives of others as well as our own. While generosity should never be bound by any particular day or time of year, we are excited for #GivingTuesday, a day that was established to encourage charitable deeds.

This day has grown into a global movement, uniting people and organizations across the globe by caring for, empowering, and supporting one another. Celebrated the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, #GivingTuesday encourages us to kick off the holidays with the spirit of charity, providing support to those in need.

The Fine Print: Your donations will be directly applied to our programs and initiatives that have been specifically tailored to aid our nation’s greatest heroes. Whether it is helping first responders with essential equipment who rush into danger to protect our communities or to serve our military veterans who protect us across the globe by building specially adapted smart homes, hosting special events for Gold Star families, or providing warm meals to show our appreciation, we rely on your support to truly make a difference.

Drawing Terms and Conditions: 1) This competition is open to all GSF donors, except employees and related parties of the Gary Sinise Foundation. 2) The winners of each donation time period (to be defined on the GSF Facebook page) will be chosen at random on November 27, 2018 and announced by 12pm on November 30, 2018. GSF staff will determine the winners, chosen at random, after verifying a donation has been made within the correct time frame. Each individual may only win one prize. 3) Gary Sinise Foundation does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a donation being processed in time or that cause a disparity between the time the donation is recorded on the GSF system and the time shown on your donation receipt. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit all online donations in good time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off. 4) Offline donations cannot be counted for the draw contest. 5) Gary Sinise Foundation reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. 6) Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other products and are not transferable. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner. 7) Gary Sinise Foundation reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes. 8) If the prize is not claimed by December 1, 2018, the prize will be forfeited and the Gary Sinise Foundation may choose another winner. 9) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary the Gary Sinise Foundation reserves the right to cancel the competition.
