Elizabeth Fields joined the Gary Sinise Foundation in August 2018 as the Director of Development. She comes to us most recently from the University of Arizona where she was Associate Dean, Development & Alumni Relations, for the Eller College of Management. Elizabeth has held a variety of other executive roles with National Public Radio (NPR), the University of Pennsylvania, University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and Michigan State University.
Elizabeth grew up in Los Angeles, CA and is a graduate of the University of Arizona where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees. She brings over 20 years of development experience in fundraising to our team and has a strong track record of success in growing revenue and securing six-and seven-figure gifts. Elizabeth has developed a proven collaborative approach to leadership including an understanding of how to successfully establish and integrate partnerships between development and stakeholders. She has brokered relationships between government & community members, marketing & communications departments, as well as special events and donor programs so that the resources and activities of all groups are operating together for the highest levels of effectiveness.
Elizabeth is married to entrepreneur, Brad Fields. In her leisure time, she enjoys cycling, baseball, surfing, floral design and spending time with her family and pets. Elizabeth's father was a veteran of the Korean war. Giving back to our nation’s heroes has always been dear to her heart and the mission of the Gary Sinise Foundation resonates with her on a deeply personal level.
