Gib Bosworth

Gib is a GE veteran who currently leads the global GE Aviation Digital lessor vertical coupled with key OEM relationships. Gib was previously the Executive Director leading the OneGE team within Corporate Business Innovations to help customers attain better business outcomes by leveraging the GE Store.

Gib previously led the Aerospace & Defense Vertical for GE Corporate Finance as Managing Director, GE CF was the global leader of corporate loans and equipment finance to middle market aerospace companies. He led the US Aerospace commercial team in addition to collaborating with GE Aero team in Canada, Mexico, and UK. Gib’s experience includes P&L management, LEAN, Strategic Planning, Cultural Alignment, and Project Management with Private Equity and M&A portfolio companies.

In addition, he leads the GE Corporate sales team comprised of all GE businesses to support clients in Los Angeles, CA. Gib was previously the Managing Director for GE Capital Equipment Services, from 2004 – 2006. He led all P&L activity including originations, underwriting, and operational execution for the equipment services division with 17 locations in 12 Western States.

Gib joined the GE Distribution Management Program in 1990 which included P&L assignments across the US. He was named to an Industrial manufacturing commercial role in 1994 focused on aerospace and manufacturing customers. In 1997, Gib joined GE Capital Fleet Services as a Senior Relationship Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead growth in Los Angeles, CA as the world’s largest provider.

Gib was named Managing Director for GE Capital Fleet Services and had P&L responsibility for 13 Western United States from 2000-2004. Gib joined GE Healthcare’s Diagnostic Imaging group as a Corporate Account Manager for strategic customers from 2004-2006.

Gib joined the Gary Sinise Foundation Advisory Board in 2014 and leads all GE efforts with Gary the foundation team nationally. Gib’s grandfather Gib 1 served in US Army while in the pacific theatre during WWII.

GE Six Sigma Green Belt certified with a BA degree from the University of New Mexico.
