Returning home, Gavin volunteered for U.S. Army Recruiting school, where he graduated on the Commandants List.
During Gavin’s three years as a recruiter in Ventura County, CA, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in business management at Post University. After serving 14 years in the military, Gavin secured his first civilian profession at LinkedIn as a Sales Development Representative.
