Adam Keys Benefit Concert

August 17, 2012

About Sgt. Adam Keys

Army Sgt. Adam Keys lost both his legs and his left hand after a roadside bomb exploded on July 14, 2010 in Afghanistan.  Adam would later learn the bomb took the lives of four soldiers, including his best friend, Jesse Reed of Whitehall.  The Morning Call article continues to recount when Adam was finally strong enough to hear about the loss of Jessie and his fellow soldiers, “He didn’t want to believe it,” Julie Keys said. “He cried. He grieved as we did when we heard. It was a shock. He didn’t want to hear it. None of us did.”

Building for America’s Bravest™. All soldiers encounter difficulty returning to their lives as civilians, but multiple amputees face the incredible challenge of this adjustment without their limbs. Together with Tunnel to Towers Foundation, we’re helping to construct customized smarthomes for America’s most severely injured veterans.

Together, we’ve already helped to build a home for Army Specialist Brendan Marrocco. Check out this video below to learn more.
