Gib Bosworth

Gib Bosworth is a 25 year GE veteran. He serves as Senior Sales Director and leads the OneGE team, helping industrial customers achieve better outcomes across multiple industries. Gib was recently the Managing Director of Aerospace for GE Corporate Finance, one of the global leaders of corporate loans and equipment finance to middle market aerospace companies. He led the U.S. Aerospace commercial team in addition to collaborating with GE Canada and GE Mexico. Gib’s experience includes P&L management, LEAN, Strategic Planning, Cultural Alignment, and Project Management with Private Equity and M&A portfolio companies.

In addition, he leads the GE Corporate sales team comprised of all GE businesses to support clients in Los Angeles. Gib was previously the Managing Director for GE Capital Equipment Services from 2004-2006. He led all P&L activity including originations, underwriting, and operational execution for the equipment services division with 17 locations in 12 western states.

Gib joined the GE Distribution Management Program in 1990 which included P&L assignments across the US. He was named to an industrial manufacturing commercial role in 1994 focused on aerospace and manufacturing customers. In 1997, Gib joined GE Capital Fleet Services as a Senior Relationship Manager in Los Angeles to lead growth as the world’s largest provider. 

Gib was named Managing Director for GE Capital Fleet Services and had P&L responsibility for 13 western states from 2000-2004. Gib joined GE Healthcare’s Diagnostic Imaging group as a Corporate Account Manager for strategic customers from 2004-2006. He achieved his GE Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2002 and has a BA degree from the University of New Mexico.

Steven Hantler

Steven B. Hantler

Steven B. Hantler is Director of Policy Initiatives for The Marcus Family Office in Atlanta, Georgia.  In this capacity he advises Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus in the areas of public policy, free enterprise and entrepreneurship, and national security.  He joined The Marcus Family Office in 2007 after a 27-year career with Chrysler Corporation.

Mr. Hantler is also a member of the Board of Directors of American Axle and Manufacturing in Detroit, Michigan.  Mr. Hantler was elected to the Board of Directors of American Axle in July 2011.   

At Chrysler, Mr. Hantler was Assistant General Counsel for Government and Regulation.  He brought leadership and innovation to a succession of management roles resulting in reduced costs and better legal outcomes for the Company.  Prior to joining Chrysler, he was engaged in the private practice of law.

Mr. Hantler is one of the nation’s leading experts on litigation strategy, crisis management, litigation communications and liability reform.  His innovative approach to integrating litigation and communications was featured in CNBC profiles.  He is frequently invited to speak at national meetings on crisis management, litigation strategy and communications, and liability reform among other topics.  Several of his speeches have been published in Vital Speeches of the Day.  His articles have been published by The Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, Chief Executive Magazine, Litigation Management Magazine, Inside Litigation Magazine, and the Examiner Newspapers.  His “Guide to State Legal Climates” is published annually by Directorship Magazine. 

He is a member of the board of directors of Job Creators Alliance and chairs the board of directors of the Center for America.  He previously served as Chair of the Advisory Board of the National Judicial College, as a Senior Fellow at Pacific Research Institute, on the Legal Policy Advisory Board of the Washington Legal Foundation, and on the board of directors of the New York University Law School Center for Labor and Employment.

John Heubusch

John D. Heubusch

John Heubusch is the Executive Director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, the sole nonprofit organization founded by President Reagan to preserve and promote his legacy.  Prior to his role as Executive Director, John served as the COO of Avalon Capital Group, Inc., a wholly owned private investment company with over $1 billion in assets and diverse interests in technology, energy, finance and entertainment. Before joining Avalon, John was the Chief Administrative Officer of Gateway, Inc., the Fortune 500 computer icon. Previous to his work with Gateway, John was the Executive Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) during the 1995-1996 election cycle. Under John’s leadership, two more seats were added to the Republican column in the Senate, bringing the number to 55.  Prior to his appointment to the NRSC, he served Elizabeth Dole as the Vice President of Communications for the American Red Cross, as well as her Chief of Staff when she was Secretary of Labor from 1989 to 1991. John also worked on Capitol Hill and was on the staff of Representative Denny Smith (R-OR) from 1981-1988.

Rick and Sarah Lynch

Lt. Gen. Rick, US Army (Ret.) & Sarah Lynch

Lieutenant General Rick Lynch, US Army (Retired) and his wife, Sarah, have been actively involved in leading and taking care of Soldiers and their Families over the course of a 35 year military career.  Rick commanded at all levels, from Company to Corps, and most recently commanded all the US Army Installations, focused on providing our Soldiers and their Families with a quality of life commensurate with their quality of service.  During his career, Rick was privileged to command the 3rd Infantry Division in Iraq as part of the surge in 2007.  His time of the field of battle with our magnificent Service Members instilled in him a drive to help our Wounded Warriors and their Families in whatever way he can. Sarah and Rick have been married for 30 years. Sarah is an educator, with a Masters Degree in Elementary education.  She has been a vocal advocate for Army Families over the past three decades, with her most recent focus being on Wounded Warriors and their Families, Gold Star Family members and other Survivors, and Exceptional Family Members.  Both Sarah and Rick have been focused on establishing effective Community outreach wherever the Army took them.

Martin Licker

Martin Licker has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1967. He is certified in both New York and California and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Beyond his traditional accounting background which includes performing complex audits, reviews and compilations, he has also created various systems and procedures relating to the conservation and safeguarding of assets. In 1995, he merged his practice with Andrew Ozurovich to form Licker+Ozurovich, CPA’s. Martin oversees the business management side of the practice. For the last twenty-five years he has represented numerous individuals and clients in the entertainment industry including actors, producers, directors, writers and below-the-line talent as well as film and television production clients. Martin’s broad experience encompasses such diverse activities as supervising the weighing of industrial diamonds, setting up innovative cost accounting systems for clients and preparing certified reports for television and radio broadcasting clients. During his career he has also frequently consulted in a CFO capacity to numerous clients and businesses.

David McIntyre

David J. McIntyre, Jr.

David J. McIntyre, Jr., is president and CEO of TriWest Healthcare Alliance – a position he has held since architecting the company 16 years ago, which serves the health care needs of nearly 3 million members of our nation’s military family through a Department of Defense contract covering the 21-state West Region.

As a former staffer in the United States Senate, and now successful business executive, he has nearly 30 years of experience, success and accomplishments in national health care policy development, business development and leadership. In addition to leading his company, he is a tireless and deeply committed advocate and supporter of many charitable causes benefitting our nation’s military families including service on the Boards of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society Foundation, USO World, and the Fisher House Foundation.

In addition to numerous recognitions by the United States Military and military affiliated organizations, in 2004, he was selected as CEO of the Year by the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Business Journal; and, in 2011, was selected as the Health Care Business Executive of the Year.

Bob and Suzy Pence

Bob and Suzy Pence

Bob Pence and his wife Suzy have three sons:  Steve, Geoff, and Brian. Bob earned his B.A. at the University of Maryland, a J.D. from American University, and holds graduate degrees from Yale. Suzy earned her B.A. and M.L.S. degrees at Maryland. He is a member of Congressional Country Club and serves on Yale’s Capital Campaign Executive Committee.  He serves as a member of the Board of the World Affairs Council/DC, the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where he is also a member of the International Committee, and the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation. Bob is the President of The Pence Group, Inc. (the developer of more than 35 shopping centers), Grand Duke Hotels, and the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia. Bob and Suzy have funded study in Italy for over 70 high school and college students.  They endowed the naming gift for the American University Law Library.

The Pences are especially proud to have sponsored USO dinners and concerts featuring The Beach Boys and Gary Sinise’s Lt. Dan Band. With Gary Sinise as their role model, they and their friends have joined in raising funds for the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial Foundation.

Anthony J. Saliba

Anthony J. “Tony” Saliba has been a pioneer and active participant in the derivatives markets for nearly 30 years.  His derivatives experience spans both domestic and international proprietary trading, asset management, and electronic trading systems and solutions.  Tony is currently an Executive Managing Director of ConvergEx Group and Chief Executive Officer of LiquidPoint, a member company of ConvergEx Group.

Linda Velasco

Linda Velasco was educated in Connecticut and graduated with a degree in music. In Connecticut, she was a sales manager for Physicians Health Services, one of the largest state HMO’s in the late 1980’s. While living in Canton, Ohio Linda started a home based gourmet business. She took that business to Minnesota where her gift baskets were stocked at one of the largest specialty stores in the Twin Cities. Through the years, Linda has been a huge supporter of community volunteer efforts and gave her time to many non-profit organizations including March of Dimes, Junior Achievement, the 24-hour crisis line for Every Woman’s House, a women’s shelter/domestic violence program, the Salvation Army’s Christmas Toys program, Midwest Avian Adoption and Rescue, the University of Minnesota’s Raptor Center, the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota, and Neighborhood House of St. Paul which provides basic needs, education, and youth services to ethnically diverse communities. One of Linda’s greatest personal heroes was her dad “Slim”, a WWII veteran serving in the 234th MP’s and one of General Eisenhower’s bodyguards in the European theatre. She planned and enjoyed many of the annual WWII reunions of this group including San Antonio, Washington, Myrtle Beach and Minneapolis. Linda is currently writing her first children’s book.
