Tyler Huffman Benefit Concert

About CPL Tyler Huffman

CPL Tyler Huffman breaking ground on his new property
In the process of defending and protecting us, on December 3, 2010 Tyler suffered injuries from two shots into his chest that left him paralyzed. Sketch artist Michael Fay recounts Tyler’s account of that fateful day. Fay wrote, “He remember everything. Everything. First hit by two shots, felt like two punches to the chest. Second, in slow motion, his body kicks backwards. Immediately upon hitting the ground he notices this feet are flopping open. He can’t feel or move his legs.” But his love of country and thoughts on being an American would inspire anyone. Tyler (age 23) has a wife, Melissa and a 2 1/2 year old son, Matthew. Building for America’s Bravest™. All soldiers encounter difficulty returning to their lives as civilians, but multiple amputees face the incredible challenge of this adjustment without their limbs. Together with Tunnel to Towers Foundation, we’re helping to construct customized smarthomes for America’s most severely injured veterans.

Together, we’ve already helped to build a home for Army Specialist Brendan Marrocco. Check out this video below to learn more.
