Can I send an order as a gift?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, the Gary Sinise Foundation is working to have the ability to send purchases as a gift sometime in the future.

How can I return or exchange an item?
Contact us via email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with your issue to obtain a return authorization email. In order to return your order, provide a printed copy of your order receipt, and the printed email authorization, along with the product to:

How do I donate to the Gary Sinise Foundation?
Tax-deductible donations to the Gary Sinise Foundation can be made online at Gary Sinise Foundation.org/donate via a secure server or by mail. If you prefer to mail your donation, please send a check or money order made payable to “Gary Sinise Foundation” to:

How do I edit my account information?
Click the “My Account” link in the top right navigation. There you can edit your personal information (name, email password), shipping information and billing information. Each group has its own box, where you click “edit” to edit just that group.

How do I join the mailing list?
Join the Gary Sinise Foundation’s online mailing list and get up-to-date information on the Gary Sinise Foundation by entering your e-mail on the Gary Sinise Foundation.org homepage. You’ll receive regular updates on Gary Sinise Foundation events, entertainment tours, merchandise, programs, and partner and sponsor information.

How fast will my purchase ship?
Most orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours. Orders are typically shipped on the next day as long as they are received by 2:00 p.m. PST.  You will receive an e-mail from the Gary Sinise Foundation when your order is shipped with UPS tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Pending arrival time of your returned materials and inclusion of your receipt and authorization email, please allow for 4 to 6 weeks for processing of your refund.

How will I know my purchase is on the way?
You will receive an e-mail from the Gary Sinise Foundation when your order is shipped with UPS tracking information.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Please know that the Gary Sinise Foundation has put in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online.

What happens with purchase proceeds?
Any profits from the merchandise goes directly to the Gary Sinise Foundation mission.

What if the item has been worn or damaged?
All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn or damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.

What is my password?
On the login screen you have the option to “recover your password”.  There you can reset your password by entering your email address.

What is the Gary Sinise Foundation’s return/exchange policy?
Full refund 30 days from receipt of purchase.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Can I order merchandise from outside the US, or have it shipped outside the USA?
Unfortunately, not at this time. However, the Gary Sinise Foundation is working to have the ability to send purchases cost effectively worldwide in the future.
