The Stars & Stripes Charity Gala Committee in conjunction with the Gary Sinise Foundation invited you to join us in our mission. Stars & Stripes is a fundraising event to benefit Marine Cpl. Mark Litynski of New Hope Minnesota and will feature remarks from Gary Sinise. Event functions include: Cocktail hour, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Silent Auction and a Staged Program with Gary Sinise as key-note speaker. 

About Cpl. Mark Litynski

During Mark’s second deployment in Afghanistan, he volunteered to be the point man on a foot patrol, where on November 19, 2010 he stepped on an improvised explosive device (IED). He suffered a bilateral above knee amputation and amputation of his left forearm.

Many individuals and corporations have come together to create a fundraising event in support of a severely wounded local Marine. The event is a Charity Fundraiser called Stars and Stripes Charity Gala. The Executive Steering Committee, comprised of Neil Brackin, Sean Sinette, John Kummer, Pat Moran, Casey Norman, Tim Swanson, Jim Stoneking, Clint Kummer, Greg Babcock and their respective companies; which include General Mills, 3M, United Healthcare, Cargill, Signature Flight Support Services in conjunction with the Gary Sinise Foundation (GSF) and the Minnesota Business Aviation Association (MBAA) have joined forces to raise monies for U.S. Marine Cpl Mark Litynski to help build a Smart Home for him in Duluth, MN.
